Damage evaluation, photographic and written documentation, scope preparation and the restoration work itself — for wind, water and fire-related roof damage.
Insurance restoration
Roofing Solutions by Corey J Pate · Burbank, CA
When a roof has been damaged by wind, water or fire, the difference between a fair outcome and a frustrating one is usually documentation. We inspect, document and restore roofs to the standard insurers expect — and we replace, repair and maintain residential and commercial roofs across Los Angeles County.

What we do
Every engagement starts with an evaluation of the roof’s actual condition. From there we recommend the least invasive option that genuinely solves the problem — repair, restoration or replacement.

Damage evaluation, photographic and written documentation, scope preparation and the restoration work itself — for wind, water and fire-related roof damage.
Insurance restoration
Roof replacement and repair for single-family homes, estates, condominiums and HOA communities — tile, shingle, metal and low-slope systems.
Residential roofing
Low-slope replacement, restoration, coatings and repairs for office, retail, industrial, self-storage and apartment properties.
Commercial roofing
Leak diagnosis, flashing and penetration repairs, storm-damage repairs and temporary dry-in to stop further water intrusion.
Roof repair
Scheduled inspection, cleaning, minor repairs and written condition reports that keep warranties valid and problems small.
Maintenance programs
Drone, infrared and on-roof evaluation of condition, layers, drainage and remaining service life before any work is proposed.
Roof evaluations
Documented during a roof evaluation · multiple roofing layers identified
Our specialty
Wind can crease a shingle without removing it. Water can travel far from where it enters. A roof with two or three layers of old material may not be repairable at all. These details decide whether a roof can be repaired or has to be replaced, and they are easy to miss.
Our role is to find them, photograph them, measure them and put them in writing — so the property owner, the adjuster and the contractor are all looking at the same facts. We explain what a policy typically covers and what it usually doesn’t, and we never promise an outcome that isn’t ours to promise.
